Sudhir Kapahi
MANAGING DIRECTOR
A Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering, Mr. Kapahi possesses an experience of over 4 decades in both the Industry & HR Consulting. He established OMAM Consultants Private Limited in the year 1984 with Head office at New Delhi. Prior to establishing OMAM Consultants , Mr Kapahi worked for 10 years with Philips India with its Consumer Electronics Business.
He has been in Search & Selection and HR Consulting since 1980. He has been personally associated in search & selection of Top Management Executives (M.Ds, CEOs, Presidents & COOs both India and internationally) for Multinational companies & large Indian Business Houses. He has also been providing holistic recruitment solutions for Green Field & Brown Field Projects across industry segments.
Presently he oversees the Top Management Search Cell, in addition to his responsibilities as the Managing Director of the company.
Sakshi Kapahi
DIRECTOR
A Graduate in Economics from Grinnell College and an M.B.A from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Sakshi heads OMAM’s operations in Mumbai. Prior to joining OMAM, Sakshi has worked with Deutsche Bank in New York and London for 6 years as a trader investing in structured, distressed and other hard assets. Sakshi also worked with the Deutsche Bank’s Social Commitment Fund providing financing to microfinance organizations around the world.
Anil Koul
DIRECTOR
A mechanical engineer from Bangalore University, Anil heads OMAM’s Consulting Practice in India, serving clients across sectors. With an experience spanning over two decades, Mr Koul has successfully partnered with clients – both multinational and large Indian companies – and executed assignments across offerings of OMAM Consultants viz Compensation Studies, HR Practices Benchmarking, Employee Engagement, Variable Pay Design and numerous HR studies.
Bhuvaneswari Panda
DIRECTOR
A commerce graduate and an HR veteran for over 25 yrs, Mrs Panda Heads OMAM’s operations in South India. Starting her career with the Kirloskar Group, Mrs Panda has been with OMAM since 1995 and has worked with numerous European and American clients helping them start their operations in India.
Ashutosh Kumar
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A graduate from Delhi University with a master’s degree in PM&IR from XISS, Mr Ashutosh Kumar joined OMAM in 1997. With a strong background in Compensation Consulting practice, Mr Kumar has successfully completed numerous salary surveys. In addition to working with the Indian companies, he has also successfully executed a number of cross border engagements for his clients.
Priti Bharti
VICE PRESIDENT
Priti has been a member of the HR Consulting practice of OMAM Consultants since 2005. With fifteen years of business experience, she focuses on operational areas of HR assignments & is an active member of the core team. Priti is a graduate from Delhi University and holds a master’s degree in HR from XISS.
Rakesh Ranjan Ray

A graduate in Economics from Fergusson College (Pune University), Mr Ray heads the Search & Recruitment functions for the Real Estate, Pharma, Healthcare and Hotel Industries. Mr Ray joined OMAM in 2000 after a successful journey with reputed companies including Standard Batteries Ltd, The Times of India, Dr Froeb (India).
Reshma Ghotage
VICE PRESIDENT
A commerce Graduate from Mumbai University, Reshma is with OMAM Consultants Pvt Ltd for more than 6 years looking after Mumbai recruitment operations. She has over 20 years of experience in search and selection of senior level management professionals. Reshma has closed several C-suite Leadership positions for large reputed conglomerates/Industrial Houses/MNC’s. She started her career in the year 2000 with Impact HR Services and thereafter worked with other reputed organizations including Quess Corp (Formerly IKya), Executive Tracks Associates & 3P Consultants.
Siddharth Oberoi
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A mechanical engineer with a post graduate degree in management from NMIM, Mr Oberoi is a part of OMAM since 2008. With over thirty years of business experience, Mr Oberoi focuses on the impact of employee engagement on talent management, organization building & business performance. Prior to joining OMAM Consultants, he has worked for Havells, Daewoo Motors & Birla Yamaha.
Sunil Khandelwal

A Commerce Graduate & Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Mr. Khandelwal joined OMAM in 1998. Sunil heads OMAM’s Taxation, Finance, Accounts & Audit functions. With an experience spanning over two decades, Mr. Khandelwal plays a pivotal role in operations of OMAM Consultants Pvt Ltd.
Ravi Shankar

A Diploma holder in HRM from NMIMS, Mumbai, working with OMAM Consultants Private Limited since December 2006 onwards. Looking after Corporate Office Delhi recruitment operations in search and selection of senior and middle level management professionals. Recruited several C-suite Leadership positions for large, reputed conglomerates/Industrial Houses/MNC’s.
A result oriented Talent Acquisition(HRD) professional with 20+ years of experience in Search and Selection of Senior & Middle Leadership roles, expertise in senior specific search for both leading Domestic and International Clients across industry like Manufacturing, Process, Engineering, Automotive, FMCG, FMCD, Healthcare, Textile, Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Financial Services, Ecom etc. Major strength in Steel, Cement & Chemical Industry.
Prema Ramesh
GENERAL MANAGER
A Science Graduate and has been working with OMAM Group at Bangalore office since Jan’2005 as a Principal Consultant. She has 19 yrs of experience in Recruitment function for various companies in multiple domains. Has closed many senior management positions for multiple clients. She has been working majorly on Wind and Engineering companies (for both IT and Non -IT functions). Prior to OMAM, she was working with Xerox India in the Customer Support Department.

Sulagna Gupta

A Post-graduate University Topper in Commerce and MBA Gold medalist from Patna University, Sulagna has been associated with OMAM since 2006 and is part of the senior search & selection team. Sulagna has over 16 years of experience in handling senior level leadership roles. She has executed and successfully closed several C-suite Leadership roles for large conglomerates/ leading Indian Business houses/ MNCs both for Domestic & Overseas locations. She has expertise in handling Technical & support functions for middle management & leadership roles in Manufacturing and Metals & Mining space. Sulagna has worked in other industries including Automotive, Chemical, E-commerce, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality.

A Mechanical Engineer by qualification and has served in Bharat Earth Movers Ltd for over 15 years. He joined OMAM Consultants in 1998 and has been working in the recruitment and selection division of OMAM for the past 25 years. During his career in OMAM, he has been working with clients in different sectors viz., Automotive, Engineering, Real Estate, etc.

Farhan is a Principal Consultant for BFSI Accounts and has been part of OMAM since 2007. With over 16+ Years of experience in the recruitment space Farhan has worked with a large number of BFSI / Insurance clients. He has helped companies set up new divisions, expand across India and supported in Middle and senior level hirings.
